The location was peaceful, near to the tram station, the city centre, and the tram which goes straight in to City Centre and easily accessible...

The rooms were immaculately clean and we enjoyed having a double room, a balcony, and a fantastic breakfast with options like ham and brioche.

Breakfast was great. Great views.- Comfortable location near to a lovely local pizzeria, tram and bus stops, and the Politecnico di Torino.- Modern & functional room.- Good pillows and bed.- Such a real good stay for a longer holiday. ❤️👍

Very friendly staff! English is spoken without a problem.Good breakfast. Spacious room and bathroom.Very close to bus/tram stop; nr 15 stops in centre of Turin. Ask tickets at the hotel desk. Quick check in and check out. Some parking possibilities at the hotel. Private parking (to be paid). Very good price-quality.

Hotel is a bit outdated but this is not a real problem. Airco in the room is a bit loud.

The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean, which is something I always appreciate. the shower worked well, and the air conditioning had a quiet mode, making it easy to sleep comfortably. the breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of high-quality food options. - the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their fluency in English made communication very easy.

The beds were a bit too hard for my liking, which made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep. The noise from the air conditioning system outside the balcony was a bit annoying at times.

Unfortunately,our double bed, contained with 2 separate beds, covered with one bedsheet, was on whils so every morning we found out a big gab beetween two beds.

The breakfast was awesome...it was right near public transportation to get to the city centrale and for the stadio olimpico...the hotel staff had good English.

The beds were uncomfortable - fixed when we put all the extra blankets over the mattresses. The location isnt the greatest if you want to walk to the main attractions however there is a public line of transport right out front of the hotel.

our recent stay at a hotel in turin was fantastic. the staff were friendly and helpful, giving great suggestions for places to visit and eat. the room was clean and well-designed, and the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation. we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast buffet offered.

Heating was inadequate.

The double room was so confortable and clean. They had table, kitchen with devices for eating.

Internet that didn't work very often.

Spacious, clean room. Comfy bed. Nice walk-in shower. Good range of breakfast options. Helpful staff. Good WiFi. Delivery of food allowed. Minibar with a few drinks.

Felt welcomed into the family, nothing was too much trouble.

The staff were very help full and made you feel welcomed. The city was easy to get to from this hotel one tram in one tram back.
